  Refco has been far and away the best most effective, responsive management company our property has ever had, and I bought in when our building went Co-op in 1988. When I call them, an actual person picks up the phone and things get done, it's like being in the 90's. They have managed to do upgrades and maintain building system without being assessed multiple time a year...Priceless! jim

  Our building had switched to Refco a few years ago. Since that time our finances have been in a much better state as well as our policies. There’s always new circumstances which arise as business continues but Refco has been evolving and helping us evolve as a coop especially during uncertain times. The customer service by Frank and Hector have been professional. We look forward in continuing to working with them.

  I am an architect & have worked with Refco on architectural & code maintenance issues in 2 of the buildings they manage in NYC. They have been a pleasure to work with, always responsive & comfortable to communicate with. They've been very efficient with their responsibilities. Frank & Hector are probably the nicest agents I've ever had to work with.
