I schedule an appointment for Saturday to plumb a bathroom sink. I was told the plumber will call you when he’s 40 minutes out. At 1 pm, I call the office and no one answers. I get a call back from Chris who tells me I’m next on the plumbers list. 4 hours later I get a call back from Chris telling me they won’t be able to send anyone out. I sat around all day waiting for this person to arrive. I reschedule for Sunday after 1 pm. I just received a call from Chris telling me they won’t be able to make it today either. (Sitting around waiting again). Asked to reschedule for tomorrow morning. Really? You think I’m taking time off work when you stuffed me two days this weekend). No appreciation or respect from this company.

After hours of trying to clear my tub drain. Which was completely clogged, leaving settling water in tub. I tried everything from the shop vac method, drain-o, hand crank snake. Took of the P-trap and accessed the drain pipe. Hours of headache and still nothing. I decided to search Google Maps for a plumber. Found Reed's Sewer & Drain which was right down the road from me. I contacted him at 1pm which he was busy with his daughters Bday at a waterpark and said later that evening he could work something out. So I get a text at 8pm and I responded back saying I still needed his service. He showed up by 9 and had it fixed within no time with his power operated snake. Which I wish I had! Lol. He was friendly and gave me some great tips on how to maintain the plumbing pipes to stay clear. Excellent work and reasonable pricing after searching average cost of plumber for a clogged drain. He was on the low end of price. I would recommend his work to anyone! Not to mention before he left he said he offers a 30 day warrantee on his work and if anything happens to contact him back. Thank you!

My appointment was from 6-8pm so I planned my day around that. I get a call at 1pm saying someone cancelled and he could service us now. I was not home and would not be home until closer to 5, but he now "couldn't work that late." Never received a call back even after I called back. Typical contractor.
