  Matt was on time for my scheduled appointment, explained to me what my bathtub faucet needed and took the time to show parts that needed replacing. Purchased those parts, fixed my leaky faucet and also removed the mildewed caulking. This has been an ongoing problem and I have previously hired someone to come out on 3 different occasions. Matt then offered to drain my hot water heater since it hadn’t been done since it was installed in 2015 and showed me how to drain it. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a plumber. Matt was professional, thorough and friendly. Thank you Matt for your exceptional service.
