  They actually answer their phone which is a nice change. They are nice and the technician was nice and they won't charge you if they can't do the work which is a nice guarantee. I have a clogged kitchen sink. The technician had an auger connected to his drill. After about 2 minutes he gave up. He scared me a little by saying he saw dirt which could mean a broken pipe and might need to be dug up. It ended up not broken. He said it was a bigger job than he could handle because he didn't have a bigger machine. He recommended a few places then left. A little disappointed.
