Great place for photography and beautiful lake.  Take the dirt roads and see where they lead you.

Beautiful lake that's coming back since the damn was fixed.  Master angler wipers and nice bass.

A great place for enjoyment.   The cabins are very fun.   Study all the rules and regulations before you drink any adult beverages.  Only ten miles north of McCook.   Excellent fishing, camping,, and a playground for all.

Campground is great bathroom was clean and well stocked.

It's a nice place. Good views if camping or just driving around. Decent sized lake is gorgeous. Lots of people boating and fishing. Camping area with archery area. Restrooms are all around. Marina near the lake. There's kyak rentals. In the hunting season this is a popular place because it is state grounds where hunting is permitted.

Campground is over looking the lake,  get there early to get good lake views.  We did not check out the showers, but other facilities bathrooms were extremely clean for an outhouse.  No water at sites, and only 30 amps near lake.  50 amps were near entrance, not 100% sure on this, because not all electric boxes were labeled.  Lots of wildlife to view.

Water levels returning since damm was repaired. Nice small lake.  Boat dock access getting better with water rising. Little cafe/ bar nice atmosphere
Live music on weekends in summer usually.

Great reservoir with unbeatable camp sites that are true get aways.
My friends love the fishing and I enjoy an unspoiled park with no garbage laying around and clean water.

We actually just went to lay on our floaties and visit for girls day, I read a leash law but ig it only applies to certain people.  I can see a lawsuit happening if someone gets bit or a furbaby gets attacked.  Including the camp host pets, they should follow rules posted!

Very pretty. No Verizon signal in campground. Nice overnight stop. Would like to come back to try the fishing.
