Red Hat Plumbing is awesome and we highly recommend them to anyone who needs their septic tank worked on! We had a major septic problem at our house and received outrages estimates from a couple of other companies. Ahmad from Red Hat Septic was recommended to us by the septic pumping company we used. It was the best recommendation ever. Ahmad came out, accessed the situation and gave us the best solution - at a much lower price. Everything that Ahmad said would be done was; and, most importantly at a very professional level, he kept to his word, and he is kind and understanding. His crew was very professional and made sure to clean the work area every day before leaving for the day. The septic system is now working properly. We can't say enough about Ahmad, Jose and the crew! Thank you for a job well done!

Red Hat Plumbing provides exceptional service.  The work quality is outstanding.  The plumbing staff is super responsive, knowledgeable and efficient.  They performed major septic repair service for our office building in Woodland Hills, including the installation of the Pirana system.  This included cement work and use of a digger to dig a brand new 75' septic line.  The pricing was exceedingly fair and again the work quality was excellent.  I cannot recommend Red Hat Plumbing strongly enough!!

Red Hat Plumbing replaced our water heater within the same we contacted them. The installation was very clean and efficient and they removed the old water heater as well. Excellent work, done in about 3 hours start to finish. Highly recommended.

Alex came to inspect and gave a good estimate.  He gave detailed explanation and quote.  Carlos did the installation.  Both of them were professional, courteous and competent.  I believe we got great price for excellent service.  Strongly recommend Red Hat Plumbing.  We’ll certainly use their service again.

Truly shocked at what a GREAT experience I had! The only reason I say that is because of the reputation many plumbing companies have. This is definitely NOT the case here. Red Hat was awesome and their price was better than any of the other companies I called and I called several. Everybody I dealt with was professional and nice. And in a very classy move the owner himself came out to double check the work and made sure I was happy. I’ve never heard of a plumbing company doing that. The owner even informed me about a rebate with SoCal water/gas I had no idea about! 100 percent recommend!!! You will thank me!
P.S. The work I had done: I had them install a new tankless water heater, connect pipes from a downstairs bathroom to the room above to turn into a powder room. They knocked it out in 2 days.

I awoke to a water leak on a Saturday morning.  I made many calls to plumbers looking for a same-day service; many were listed all over the internet but none wanted to come for such a minor service, they all wanted to sell me a whole bunch of other services.  Finally I got in touch with Red Hat (a real person answered, didn't have to leave a message like most of the others), it was 10:45 am, the gentleman told me someone would be here between 11 am and 1 pm.  I didn't believe that at the time.
I'm in Ventura, and darn if a fine young man named Carlos showed up before noon, nice clean clothes, well-groomed young man, polite, well-spoken, asked good questions about the extent of the service I wanted for the day.  He got to work, I had other things to do in the house, by the time he was done (found my leak, re-soldered the pipes and left them in a better configuration than what he found), an hour had passed.  Holy smokes, it was the most beautiful solder work on copper pipes I had ever seen.  He knew what I wanted, what would work the best for me, better than I did.  I was SOOOOOOO impressed with the gentleman Jose I spoke with in dispatch, and with Carlos work.  So much so I introduced Carlos to a neighbor who came to visit, make sure the neighbor knew to call Red Hat when he needed service.  Carlos and Red Hat took me from an extremely frustrating situation in the morning, to solving all my problems by early afternoon.  Extremely professional folks, top to bottom.  I was and remain very grateful for the quality and responsiveness of service.

We had an incredible experience with Ahmad, who we found to be incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable about our cesspool system. Ahmad took the time to explain the intricacies of cesspool maintenance to us and provided us with multiple options for handling 75+ year old plumbing. Highly recommend!

Really professional. Alex came on time and was very cordial. Seemed happy to be here. He replaced my water heater. He did a good job of explaining things and knew what he was talking about. Now my warm water is running great. 10/10. I recommend them to my friends and family whenever they need plumbing services. If I ever need anything, I'll be contacting them again.

Truly a professional team led by Ahmad.  Had massive flooding in basement because of tree roots, old pipes etc.  Responsive, explained in detailed step by step what needed to be done, gave the options, no pressure, and provided escalating solutions in a logical way - looking on behalf of the house owners benefit.  His team is outstanding, polite, ontime, works hard, professional and very neat. Special thanks, to Gonzales & Victor for the tireless work late to finish the job.  You dont find businesses that really understands customer service and building a long term relationship with the customer like this team of Red Hatters!!! Thank you.

Great team !They arrived the same day, within 2 hours.  Carlos and Gonzalo were very friendly and fixed my sink and toilet fast ! Would definitely be calling them again if any issues occur in my home.
