I have been using Red Dirt Septic to service our aerobic system, moving the aerobic system sprinklers and installed additional connections for my outbuilding and motorhome drain. The pump went out on our system and I expected them to be out in a few days. They had someone there within a couple of hours. Outstanding! Dustin was the technician. Great customer service, explained everything, and answered all my questions. Dustin replaced the pump and I was up and flushing in no time. Thanks for the great service!

For the most part they were amazing. We got backed up during a snow. We originally though we needed to be pumped but later found out we had grease freeze in our line and cause a blockage. They can’t have trucks come out with roads bad but we had a red dirt associate come out in a pick up truck and spend time trying to locate our tank so that when the trucks were able to drive they would be able to get us pumped and running. They ended up digging up and finding the blockage of grease and clearing us and got us operational. Once we were operational we were no longer a priority so it was just getting us on the schedule to fix the real problem. I can understand us not being a priority but there was not good communication after they got our system functioning. I think they can do a better job there. Once they finally got out to fixed the job they took there time and made sure the job was done right and functioning correctly. Once the job Was done the tech told me they would be back out to finish cleaning up the yard and leveling out cause that was not there standard. However I never got a call for that. I held off paying the bill waiting. Eventually my husband said he did not care, I think cause he just wanted to be done. Over all good work, but can do better on communication.

Thank you for the feedback Kimberly. We always try to go the extra step to get people back up and running. Communication can always be improved during busy weather events and we will continue to work on that.

The service at Red Dirt is exceptional. I had an issue with a new aerobic system that Red Dirt installed (not their fault. Another contractor had dropped a pair of cutters into a pipe) and they came out quickly on a Saturday afternoon to fix the issue. Kevin, the owner, even came out and worked to get the problem solved. Since then I've had a few questions and have emailed Kevin directly and always received a response within minutes with an explanation to answer my question and a proposal for a solution if necessary. Additionally the techs they've sent out have always been professional and friendly. Overall 10/10 for both customer service and the quality of services performed.
