  We have used Red Beard Plumbing for a few years now at our rental property as well as our personal home. They are always open about the problem and explain the issue well. The technician takes the time to answer my questions and reexplain in a different way I don’t understand. The office staff is helpful and knowledgable. They were able to give an approximate idea of the cost of repairs so we could be prepared.

  I did not have anything urgent but had a handful of issues. Shawn was able to fix our problems and when I mentioned a couple additional issues I forgot about they willingly looked into and fixed them. I will definitely use them again.
