  Professional, reliable, and fair. I love to work with Red bear. I use their services a lot as property manager. They give you great prices and communicate every single detail to you. Jessica and Michael with the rest of the team do an excellent job. Honest people. I highly recommend them.

  Cody, Orlando and Michael were excellent. In addition to re-lighting our pesky pilot light, they replaced a faulty faucet, installed a new dishwasher, cleaned out a slow running bathroom faucet and were quick, friendly and efficient throughout. Deb in the office was also great to deal with, getting things all set up, and on each occasion techs were always on time. Just a great experience!

  I really like this company, and how they handle their business, from the back office (Jessica and Debbie) to the tech guys (Cody & Orlando) who come out and replaced my old furnace and water heater. Jessica and Debbie who work in the office are quick to return your calls or emails. Jessica & Debbie listen to your issues and quick to answer your questions or help you out in any situation you find yourself in. From emergencies to general questions! I never felt like I was bothering them, I never felt rushed while talking to them on the phone. Unfortunately I have dealt with some flakey companies up here in the area, and this is not one of them! Like I said, they listen to your concerns and issues and they'll give you a honest professional opinion, and not a sales pitch, or try to sell you something you do not need. I had the pleasure to meet Mike the owner who is a very knowledge guy in his business. Friendly, professional. Mike runs a great business and it reflects in their work. He is definitely a problem solver when it comes to difficult jobs. I will recommend this company all day long! Thank you Mike, Its refreshing to do business with such a professional and truly honest company! Reno
