I've been using Rebmann Plumbing for years, after having tried and been disappointed by the work of several other local plumbers. This time, I had a boiler-pipe leak. They were able to send a technician out almost immediately. This was the first time Carlos had come to my house, but he did an excellent job—diagnosed and fixed the problem correctly, and was personable and professional. Highly recommended.

I used Rebmann twice so far and they impressed me with their responsiveness and professionalism. All the staff is polite, efficient and seem to genuinely enjoy the work they do. The owner Scott is also very approachable and gives honest feedback and ideas to solve your problems. Highly recommend

The technician Carlos was very good.
Very thorough with his explanations. Came back the next day to make sure my ductless unit didn’t lose any Freon he had put in the day before.

Rebmann installed a new gas furnace. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the experience in every respect. Professional, competent, punctual and polite. I recommend highly. Carlos and the rest of the crew were outstanding.

Paul was very knowlegable, friendly and very professional.  He worked expeditiously and did a great job!  I would gladly have him back for other plumbing work in my home.  I also have the chance to meet Adam, the service manager. Also, another good person to work with who understands the importance of doing a good job as well as respecting the time of the customer. These two gentlemen are exceptional and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Frozen pipe outdoors snapped off. after I shut off main water supply, I called u, spoke with Tracey who calmed my anxiety and dispatched Pablo to my house within a few hours.  Pablo advised me step by step what he would do and explained the cost for the job.. He was very expert at his job.  In addition he cleaned the area completely.  I can't thank Tracey & Pablo enough. I would highly recomment Rebmann Plumbing to anyone.  Thanks again

I have been so happy with all services performed by Rebman. From calling them to them arriving was in seconds. The serviceman that came spent a long time assessing the problem. It turned out it wasn’t a ac vac problem. It was my mistake I made with a thermostat!  They fixed it. I will always use Rebman for any plumbing, heating issue that arise!

My Burnham gas furnace stopped working this morning and so I called Rebmann to have a look. They came 2 hours earlier than scheduled. The plumber determined the thermo coupler failed and needed replacement. I know from past experience that the part costs less than $70. When he rang up the bill for part and installation it came out to be $680. There’s no other way to put it, I got ripped off. Work took less than 40 mins from arrival to departure. I had the same thermo coupler replaced 3 years ago by a different plumber for $279. Spoke to their secretary and complained about price and she said price increase is due to Covid. She also said prices have doubled or tripled because of Covid. To me, that is complete greed and unethical to charge that kind of price. And the plumber never told me how much the work would cost until after the work was finished and done. The company is dishonest and deceptive. Please avoid at all cost.

I was notified by Rebmann that my yearly systems check was due.  I made the appt, the technician came, did his inspection and gave me a detailed report. Technician was very professional and kept me informed of everything he was doing.
