  We had literally just moved into our house when we discovered that the master bathroom tub leaked into the kitchen below. Our realtor referred us to Reasonable Plumbing, and Shane got us on the schedule right away. He was very professional, gave me an actual time to expect him (not a vague window of time like most places) and arrived exactly when he said he would. He and his apprentice were so respectful, making sure not to track grass/dirt into the house and even bringing a towel to lay down in the tub before stepping-in to check things out. They were also very careful not to risk damaging the tile floor, even though I wasn't worried about it (the tile's ugly and coming out eventually anyway). They were very thorough, double-checking that everything was sealed and tightened fully, running the water to test it, and explaining everything they did and why. I asked if he could check the downstairs toilet tank while he was here, which he did, walking me through what the problem was and how he was fixing it. His pricing was totally reasonable, he stands by his work, and he's an overall pleasant person. Needless to say, I'll definitely be referring anyone in need of a plumber, and will not hesitate to hire him again myself (though I hope I won't need to, obviously).

  Shane is very friendly and professional. I have used him a couple of times whenever the drain in my driveway backs up. I highly recommend his company.
