We used Ready Rooter to unclog a kitchen drain and based on the level of service used them to also pump out our woefully overdue septic tank. Both young men who came to service our house were very friendly and knowledgeable. Septic tanks are my Achilles heel and we were so far behind in getting it pumped that I was in turmoil. Marcus was efficient and comforting. I would not hesitate in recommending them for any plumbing issue and will certainly get my tank pumped on a regular basis from now on. Now I can flush without hesitation! Yay! Thank you!

I do not write a lot of reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. I came home Monday to a bit of a "funky smell" and figured with all the rain, I should call to have our septic system serviced. I called another local company first and was met with a bit of an attitude (sighs and huffs almost like it was a chore to speak with me). The woman I spoke with advised they could see me in 2 weeks (understandable as I am sure they are busy) and that it would be extra for them to verify where the septic tank was located. She said that I should call around to find another company. I am glad she suggested this as I called Ready-Rooter, I was lucky enough to speak with David. He was so nice and when I explained that I was nervous our system needed to be serviced sooner rather than later, he checked their schedule. Initially he thought it would be next week, but after another minute he said that he would be able to have someone here today (Thursday) between 2-4. I explained that we have only lived here a short time and that I was not sure where the septic tank was located - he said no problem, they would confirm... no extra charge. Fast forward to today, Angelo arrived at 2:30... he promptly found the tank, serviced it and explained where the tank is, what size, etc. He was very nice! I am very impressed with their customer service and would recommend this company!

I read the company website as pasted below before asking them to work on my home. They gave two prices. One is to replace the water heater for a much higher price than the cost of fixing it. I chose to fix the water heater to save some money and time since it's summer and vacation. They did the work but only sent me the invoice to me after I ask them many times. I was surprised to see that there was "no guarantee on parts or labor", which contradicts their website. I have also pasted this part of the invoice. There is big difference between what they said and what they did. This is company website: With Ready-Rooter you have 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will redo the repair for FREE. Your complete satisfaction and our reputation mean everything to us! This is invoice I got after work is done. Water heater is 17 years old as discussed with the owner and it was recommended to replace the heater. Owner wanted heater repaired. Price includes parts labor and overnight shipping. No guarantee on parts or labor as diagnostics was done by owner. Thanks Edit in response to the company's reply below: They are trying to pin it on the customer, but the bottom line is that I paid a few hundred dollars -- full price -- to this company based on one of two suggestions. I am still concerned about the status of my hot water, since it had faltered almost immediately after leaving. I have not known any other trusted company to not guarantee their work, and am extremely dissatisfied with this kind of "customer service"

At Ready Rooter, we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and have 21 years of history to back that up. We decided to help out a desperate landlord on a Sunday, going well beyond our geographic territory of operations to assist with a no hot water need. Upon arrival the landlord had completely disassembled his own natural gas water heater, having consulted Youtube and the manufacturer’s tech support to fix his own problem and save the repair cost. Had the unit been intact upon our arrival, our Ready Rooter licensed plumber would have diagnosed the trouble, identified solutions and been able to make our best recommendations to Mr. Tao. Ready Rooter took down some information on the water heater and told Mr. Tao we would call the manufacturer on Monday morning to get him a price and the availability of the needed part. Monday morning, we found out the part was available, but it would take a week to arrive unless we expedited the shipping. Ready Rooter gave Mr. Tao the price to repair the water heater with the expedited shipping costs vs. replacing the water heater. Mr. Tao decided to go with the repair against our recommendation. On Tuesday, Ready Rooter returned to install the requested part. Replacing the older unit would have been the best long -term solution. Vacation rental homes should have a trust-worthy water heater, ensuring the renters have the hot water needed at any given time. It is unfortunate that Mr. Tao was dissatisfied with our services. Ready Rooter made every attempt to remedy the no hot water issue, having multiple conversations with Mr. Tao, explaining that the repair was a short term solution and against our better judgement. We will not place our guarantee on repairs that go against our professional recommendations based upon safety and reliability.
