  Go local whenever you can! I have an innate distrust of companies I need to hire for my home needs. Rayne Water has met and exceeded my needs. I recently had them install a water softening system. The quote I got was nearly 1/2 of what one of the Big Box stores and the product and install was no different. Two days ago I discovered there was a leak in the pipes part of the system. It turned out the problem was with part of the existing plumbing failing. The plumber came out as quickly as possible and repaired. It was a small fix, fortunately, and did not take long, but when you have a company with that much integrity and excellent customer support, you support them! You have hard water that is ruining your appliances, plumbing and fixtures. Call Rayne Water. You will not regret it.

  Can't get anyone to return my calls within 2-3 weeks unless I call them back numerous times. Salt delivery has taken months. Switching to another company after 5 years of frustration.
