When your water suddenly quits, It is an immergency. When I called R.B.Well Co.the secretary was welcoming and the response time from Danbury to Stuart was very quick. The problem was diagnosed quickly and repairs were made with precision. We had water in less than an hour! Great job, and fair price! Thanks so much!

Great guys. They really know wells. They don't over charge, up sell, or do shady work. They saved us thousands of dollars a plumber wanted to charge us to replace our entire well when it was only a few wires and the bladder under the house that needed replacing. We paid under 1,000$.

After the pipe was put in the ditch was cut straight on sides for the pipe. It was filled back in. And the bobcat ran over it. I thought it packed the dirt. But think, the bob cat roller is wider and always on solid ground. All it did was smooth the dirt. Not pack it! Now the ditch is open. Dangerous. We are old and disabled. They should have packed the dirt. I'm having a problem getting them out to check it. Only they are responsible. They also drilled 485 feet for water. Cost over $10,000. OK. Today they came and fixed the ditch. Time will tell if it will sink. But they were very nice and polite. Let's just hope it is fixed for real now. They said the dirt settled. But if they packed it, it would not have been a deep ditch showing the clean cut when they first dug the ditch. It just would have sunk a little. This was a lot. They did fix it today, and polite. We will see how it does.
