  Ray Tyler crew did a complete excavation and replacement of sewer lines all the way from our house to the city line. Installed new backflow box, removed old clay piping, fixed broken and leaking outdoor water faucet interfaced with the city for permits etc. They were very professional, and stayed right with this complex job until finished. They were even very sensitive to covid health concerns when some of the work brought them indoors. Their charges seemed well in line with the volume of work they did. My wife and I would heartily recommend them to the community at large. Update note - the crew came back about 2 weeks later to address a small plumbing vent issue that was still affecting our system. They tracked down the cause and even replaced a few indoor parts with no additional charge for either parts or labor. We were impressed to find a business dedicated to standing behind their work.

  Called them out to fix a tiny leak at my shut off valve. Halfway through they decided not to finish. Few weeks later I had a leak where they had unscrewed it and put it back together. After arguing with me they came back and fixed it. Not very well, because I ended up with a major leak. I now have over $400 in a water bill and $128 for a plumbing bill. Not even worth 1 star to me.

  Horrible service. Late 3 times, had to chase them down. Charged double what the original bid was. Owner doesn't return calls. Worst service I have ever received. Avoid this company at all costs. Job was not done correctly, and has thus far cost me an additional $493 over the $1245 these guys charged me. Owner will not accept responsibility for his guys screw ups. Very poor business ethics. Beware of this company!
