  I've used this service twice now and both experiences were excellent. The first time was when my hot water heater quit. The MFG help line told me that I needed a new controller and they shipped one to me. Rapid Rooter came out to install the new part and I liked the experience. Their plumbers always call you near the start of your appointment window to tell you where they are and when they'll be there. Fees are reasonable too. So when we needed a faucet upgrade and my wife had picked out a fixture at Home Depot, I called them again to have it installed. A different plumber, but the same professional experience. I recommend this business for any residential plumbing needs.

  Never have we laughed while getting plumbing services! Fred is such an awesome honest person. Will absolutely use Rapid Rooter in the future! Still in awe of how comfortable he made us feel from start to end😇

  I manage apartments and the gentleman that was scheduled to be hear between 2 and 5 called me 10 min to 7 and said he was just leaving Lapine and that it would be after 8 before he can be hear. I chose to cancel and fixed it my self the next morning.
