  Yes, they are a major rip-off. They said they did not charge by the hour, yet during our conversation it was stated that they charged $185.00 an hour which is what I got charged and the plummber was not even here for 2 hours!! They have a good line, BUT BEWARE of this company. I checked around after this diaster and it appeared that $130.00 was pretty much the hourly rate for legit plummers, so would you, can you say, "RIP-OFF" big time. Also, I was told that it would be another $270.00 to come back to just "drop" in a new faucet (I purchased) as the plummber put it, so I do not see it taking 2 hours, well, 2 hours if you are a really bad company, a really BIG BIG RIP-OFF....

  These people made THREE appointments with us, all THREE WERE BLOWN OFF no explanation at all. We have minor kitchen sink work & a MAJOR outside work that is needed. I wouldn't recommend them to puck up dog poop! 3 weeks of screwing around with them & im still without a kitchen sink!

  Mrs. Allen from Burlington- Danny was professional and on time. He was quick with clearing the line. Will definitely use them again
