  I called and they said it would be a day before they could get to me but they would try to squeeze me in if they could. He called and showed up 2 hours after I called. Was able to diagnose the problem within 20 minutes and had parts in him! Thank you so much!

  Called in the fall to light and check a furnace and a fireplace. Sent inexperienced person said needed new furnace and new fireplace parts. Hadnt even changed the filter in furnace and left panels loose etc smelled like gas. He never could get new fireplace lit after getting all new parts.. So had to have another person do it. Had same problem as from the start. Turned out Furnace was fine, gas smell was something else entirely. Over 300 just labor. Worked on hvac at house in winter said part would be available in April. Then no show. Also told would probably need new heat pump and less then 5 yrs old . Beware not as good a service as used to be.
