  When I called and spoke with George I told him we had a leaking outside faucet and a leak under the kitchen sink....it wasn't urgent but he came to Ashdown and fixed the leaks in under an hour. He didn't charge what other plumbers have charged me, coming in well below other work I have had done. He was very professional, super friendly and I will definitely be using him in the future.

  I called them to set up a appointment Monday. He told me they would be here Wednesday morning. Wednesday morning comes and no one shows up. So I called and he says he's on his way right now. 5 hours later no one has showed up so we called again and no one answers. Finally he calls back and says they are busy and behind. Which I understand but why even make a appointment then? And why lie and say that you are on your way when you wasn't? He said he would call me later and might be there at the end of the day so I said ok. The end of the day comes and no one shows up. So I thought maybe he will call and come tomorrow, but no. Very unprofessional to lie and waste customers time. Do not recommend.

  If you're looking for an honest plumber that won't charge ridiculous rates and will get the job done and make sure you're happy this is the plumber you should go with, I'm very pleased with their service, They recently fixed lines at my house that were clogged and got everything working for me again. They definitely care about what they do, and you can tell by their quality of work and their great customer service. I would definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family.
