  Kris came to my rental house 2 weeks after we contacted him, because of his schedule. We were patient and waited for his arrival. He and a co-worker were at our house less than an hour to repair a small pvc pipe in the basement, which this pipe had great access. He sent me a bill for $568.00, I called and expressed my concern for this over-charge. I ask him how much he had in supply costs, he told me approx $50.00, I told him his charges were way too high. He said he would call me back and discuss. I did not hear from him for approx. 2 weeks. When he did call, he apologized and said he would reduce the bill by 100.00. I still felt this was high, based on his time and material costs. He did not care and told me how professional he is, HA Ha. He is a rip off trades person. And I would never use him again

  There is so much to THANK Kris and Mike, that I could go on and on. I was first introduced to them through my home warranty. I am so blessed they hooked me up with Rams Plumbing. So blessed that I have contracted with them to do additional services in my house! Kris and Mike are so professional, kind, answer all the "honey-do" list questions and best of all HONEST!!! Thank you again for EVERYTHING! Looking forward to our future projects.

  Kris came to install a garbage disposal because ours was leaking. We told him to purchase the cheapest. It took him less than 1/2 hour and he charged us $400. We will not call him back, we beleive he took advantage of us. The going price for a plumber in Colorado is $200. per hour. Thanks for a well learned lesson Kris!!!!!!!
