  I have always been pleased with the service received. I recently had to call Ralph's as my heater went out at night. The technician was very responsive and clearly communicated information we needed to know ahead of time about charges and what to expect. Our heater was up and running in no time. I appreciate their explanation of the issue with our furnace and the options available to us. Highly recommend Ralph's Plumbing & Heating.

  Our kitchen sink would not drain, so we called a place that specializes in drain cleaning. They charged me $150, and said they could not fix it, and that we should call a plumber. We called Ralph's, and Dalton was able to fix our problem doing the same thing the first company did. Dalton was very courteous and professional. Outstanding service!

  I called Ralph's to see if they could vent our furnace out the side of our house after being stood up for weeks by other contractors to do a needed chimney repair. Ralph's came within a few hours to take a look and while they gave bad news about our furnace not being able to vent through a wall they did tell me that they could fix our chimney. They gave a bid, scheduled a time, and we are back up and running. I wish I would have called them first. Thank you Ralph's for always providing great service, being respectful of our home, and doing what you said you would with great quality and at a fair price.
