  Called about a bathroom faucet. Told us he could be here on a day and we said it has to be after 4. He showed up at 11am and noone was home. I called him after and got the run around. Will never call this company again he lied to us and didn't really care.

  I am not sure how there was such a misunderstanding. We spoke and I put you on the schedule telling you that we would arrive on the job between 11:00 and 11:30. My employee and I arrived at 11:00 a.m. but nobody was home. I do apologize for the miscommunication.
