  Have you ever been to Lowes, Home Depot, or other big box store and have a problem finding what you are looking for...and having a problem finding someone to help you? Yeah, so have I...and I hate it. I recall a time years ago...before dirt was invented, when you went to a store and the workers knew your name...and greeted you. And when an employee did not know about a product they would get a colleague to help you...and the employee would stand by to listen and learn. Well, if you miss those times...or would like to experience yourself, then visit this hardware store. Friendly and helpful people who realize the necessity of great customer service, because that is what creates loyal customers. A quality that the big stores try to mimic...but fail. I will drive from my home in Longview, WA to Rainier, OR to purchase my hardware...I like this place and I like the way my business is appreciated.

  I and my grandson go frequently. Why? Because it is refreshing to be welcomed by people whom wish to help you in your product selection. Good people serving a good community.

  Pretty expensive place to shop. But in a pinch it's the only place you can go in our little town. They a have a GIGANTIC variety of products there, so you can be pretty sure that they will have what you need. The customer service there is impeccable, always happy to help. I love True Value and would shop there more if the prices weren't so high. But I am grateful they are there. Definitely worth checking out.
