  Rainbow septic was fantastic to work with. Tom completed my septic inspection and reinspection in a very timely manner, provided great feedback and ensure we stayed within code. Huge kudos to Tom's effort. Without his diligent work, we would have not closed our house in time.

  Rainbow Septic is THE best septic inspection service I've ever used. Nicole has the most wonderful customer service attitude and goes the long mile to get you taken care of. She contacted another septic company for me to get an inspection and pump out arranged between the two company's during a home buying option period. She called after hours to confirm. She followed up the next morning. She might be perfection! The inspection happened on time and immediately I was called and given a short phone report. I can't say enough. I would recommend these guys all day!!

  I just read the other 2 reviews which surprised me because I had a COMPLETELY different experience. I called Rainbow Septic after another company told me I was going to need more than just a tank pump, and then no showed the day they were supposed to repair whatever was broken. I had been without water for days and was extremely frustrated when this other company no-showed and reached out to Rainbow Septic late that night. A lady named Nicole called me back quickly and was extremely courteous and helpful. I explained what had happened and my nervousness that they were going to do the same thing as this other guy and no-show. Nicole reassured me that if they say they're going to be there, they will be, and she was right. The guy that arrived the following morning was nice and professional and went straight to work. He updated me to let me know that there were NO issues with our system, we simply just needed our tank pumped. (So the other company lied.) Another thing I noticed about Rainbow Septic is that they publish their prices on the website. The first company offered to "discount" pumping our tank down to $600 and that was before addressing the "serious issue" they claimed I had. After Rainbow Septic was done pumping our tank and confirming that our pump was working great, I paid $400 something total. I highly recommend them!
