  Had this guy came to my sister's place do some work. Very unprofessional. Driving like an idiot and my sister said he smelt like he has been drinking. Tall slim guy. We hired them to do work for us before and it has been fine. But not this time! Very bad experience. The management needs to pay attention who they hire!

  I had R.T. Moore do work at my home numerous times. They are professional, knowledgable, and always on time! My last two experiences I had Matt as my service tech - he was excellent and very experienced! Great job once again Matt - thank you!
