  They responded within 30 minutes when we called about a sewer line problem. On the day the work was scheduled, they showed up precisely at the time we had been told, and worked efficiently and professionally to replace both sewer and water lines. I highly recommend them.

  Actually disappointed, when I called their number It felt like I was calling the wrong number. Instead of answering in a professional manner all I heard was hello and that made me think hmmm...maybe start saying RS RS Humphrey's this is so and so?? Well I was told by whomever answered that I would get a call back and it's been 2 weeks and no call. Understand everyone is very busy, but at least be professional enough and call the prospective customer back.

  This is about the only plumbing guys you can get on the phone when call and they do really good work and they are really reasonable I would recommend there work
