R&R is the best!! I recently moved my office into Homewood and needed some plumbing work to meet code requirements. The R&R team was awesome and highly professional! There pricing was fair and reasonable. Thank you, Nick, Steve, and Mike for the work you do.

R&R serviced my home multiple times, Steve was professional and installed several pipes which helped me pass a home inspection. Price was fair and I would definitely use R&R again. Highly recommend.

R&R plumbing came out to replace our water heater and remove some old radiators at our new home. They worked with our schedule after having to reschedule twice due to issues with closing. They were very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. The quotes we were given gave us multiple options to fit our needs. We will definitely be using them for our future plumbing needs!

Ray came by today and extended my copper plumbing in my master bathroom, troubleshot my shower valve and replaced both of my outdoor water hydrants. His work is impeccable. He cut a neat hole in my wall to access the plumbing and was pretty quick and very reasonable as far as pricing was concerned. He's a pro and very familiar with the plumbing codes. He comes highly recommended and will do work with them again. Thank you.

Fixed our toilet at our Verizon store with assurance this would solve any issues, next day toilet is leaking. Three days later they are suggesting a new toilet replacement. Offered half back credit from previous invoice but would still have spent over $800 total. Another plumber came, replaced the flush valve that should have been replaced and not the fill valve, replaced old bolts/rubber seals and guaranteed any issues with the toilet regardless of what went wrong for a year even if it was something he didn't repair. I'm glad everyone else had a great experience but this company just got removed from all of our commercial business. P.S. The manager here clearly doesn't listen and let you talk or even understand or try to understand your concerns. I did mention they offered 50% of our previous bill towards a new toilet. My issue is they weren't thorough enough on day one to do the job correctly or highly recommend a new toilet that would have avoided this issue. Yes, the parts they repaired weren't having issues but they missed another issue on top of it which was why the toilet was leaking the next day. Also, we did not use a handyman. We used a local plumber who was so confident in his work he guaranteed a year for any repair needed free of charge regardless if it was part of what he did. R&R was recommended to us by our normal plumber when he was sick. They did a great job, explained everything thoroughly, and charged a very fair price for the work. I would hire them again when needed.

I hired R&R Plumbing in April 2019 to do a re-piping job for my parents.They had done some work there before and recommended replacing their galvanized pipes and installing copper ones to solve their problem of low water pressure and inaccurate water temperature in their kitchen. Rob (the owner) and I talked about the project in great detail. He answered all of my questions and assured me that R&R could do the job. From there, Brenda scheduled the job and shared next steps. Gary and Andy were assigned to the two day job. They kept me updated on the progress of their work and even invited me to see their work at different stages. Both were extremely professional and patient which I greatly appreciate given that I added another project for them to do while they were there. Without any complaints or hesitation, they adjusted their work plan to include my add on request (demolish the old laundry sink and install a new one) and still stayed on schedule. In fact, they finished earlier than projected and even threw in a new faucet for my parents' outside water line. Before they left, they cleaned up. I mean you couldn't even tell they were there for two days! The end result was just what Rob promised ---- beautiful copper pipes, strong water pressure and accurate water temperatures. Thank you R&R for doing a GREAT job and for taking care of my parents! You guys are the best!

If you are looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, prompt plumber. This is your company. The owner Rob is very personable and will answer and questions you have. It is very rare you find an owner that will show you different options and help you make an inform decision for your money. I would highly recommend R&R plumbling for any of your plumbling needs.
