  Horrible work. Used them for some 2 new Home builds and duplexes and we’ve had to replace and fix basically everything they did. Everything!!!! They won’t fix their mistakes or return calls. Had a gas leak due to them installing pipes incorrectly and using the wrong pipes.

  My senior citizen mother had to use them when she filed a claim with her Home Warranty company. The female assisting the plumber was friendly but the plumber was not. He has a very gruff, outright rude personality. Hopefully the repair holds and he gets his attitude adjusted. You don’t treat customers that way and stay in business.

  Had to call the warranty company back and request another company. Never answers phone and ignores your voicemails. Once the new company came out, I discovered they had installed used parts that didn't even match my hot water tank. It never worked properly after two visits to work on it. Finally the warranty company sent me a knowledgeable plumber who fixed it properly. I will be filing a claim with the BBB to get my service fee back.
