  Our furnace stopped working some time during the nite. Woke up to 65 degrees. Called R and R. Answered on first call! Lady was very professional gave us all the details of how they make appointments and accept payment. Frank called within about an hour and a half. Came over discovered problem and at 2 pm I am WARM☺️☺️ Very nice young man and respectful explained everything and I'm warm again!!! Thank you all so so much☺️☺️!!!!!!!!! Definitely our Company for all future repairs and replacement. Irene Hicks

  I forget the gentleman name but within 30 minutes of calling I had a technician out here fixing my heater. Explained the issue, took time to make sure the problem was corrected. Highly recommend.

  We had a new heater installed and were very satisfied with the service we received from getting an estimate to purchasing a heater to the installation. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our installer Brandon was great at installing the furnace and answering our questions and when he came across a issue he wasn't sure of he called and 2 co workers came over and they quickly fixed the issue. Fantastic service.
