Love this place I remodel houses and they help me anytime I have a question and have a wide variety of things and they order and deliver very quick. Want to say in like 2 days... was ordered and delivered to the house and they were very nice and professional.

I cannot believe I had to create a google account just to post this. This particular store is probably the most mis-managed upside down store I’ve ever visited. I have been doing business in West Plains for about two years. I have been to several RP locations in Illinois and experienced great service every time, but this one is different. The manager is just so hateful; acts as if he just has no interest in helping me and can just be flat out rude. The best way I can describe him is that’s he is a No Man first, no interest in helping me. The 3-4 guys on the counter never ask if I need help and seem put out by any questions I may have. I try my best to visit Max at the contractor desk when he’s not busy. He really is the only reason I still visit the store. Max is a wealth of knowledge and knows how to treat his customers; an absolute pleasure to do business with. I do not want this review to reflect the service I get from Max but rather the service I can’t seem to avoid from the rest of the inside staffing. After talking with several contractors over the last year, this establishment would fail miserably with a Lowe’s or Menards moving in. You aren’t winning with service, service is why you would lose.
