  I have a lakefront rental that I have booked with vacation renters. One of renters alerted me that the water heater wasn't heating the water. Obviously, when you are on vacation, hot water is important! so I called around looking for someone who could jump on it quickly. Many plumbing contractors said they could, but only R&M understood this unique situation and were out there that evening. I will definitely call them in the future. Thank you R&M!
