  Made an appointment with Richard for Saturday morning 9 am to snake two drains in my basement. By 9:30 I called him and he didn't even remember his appointment with me, and he was on an emergency job that would have him busy till about 1. Said he would call once he was on his way. At 1:30 I called him, no answer. At 5:30 I called him, left him a voicemail to show up real quick or forget about it. He never called back. Really disappointed.

  Contacted them Friday afternoon regarding investigating a leak between our home and water main. We were told they would come out Saturday to look into the issue. When no one had shown up or contacted us by Saturday afternoon, we called them back. We were told that they had come by, seen some dirt that we had moved for other reasons, and assumed we'd had someone else fix the issue. We were then told it would be Monday before they could look at the problem. Definitely not happy about the lack of communication and the lack of follow through.

  They were very polite but they said they would be by this last week to pump my septic and said they would call before coming by but didn't call or leave a vm.
