  Both the front office and the technician that performed the work (Tom) provided excellent service. I received a call advising that Tom would be late due to other customer needs and another call before he arrived my home. Tom explained what work he performed and showed me what next steps he is going to take in order to maintain the 10 year old equipment that I purchased from Crossan. Good work all around by the Crossan team so far.

  Our technician was courteous, diligent and solved the problem. I loved that he did not pretend to know everything - he promptly called his team of experts to close any gap in knowledge he faced. He also was sensitive to how much money the service and parts would cost us and did his best to minimize that cost.

  Tom did a first class job. He cleaned and serviced my oil burner and went above and beyond. He cleaned and adjusted everything and even checked out the gauge on my oil tank. He was very professional and courteous. I couldn’t be happier!
