  I found that from the beginning the staff was very helpful, they walked me through each step necessary to get my water heater serviced. The service men knew what they were doing and quickly diagnosed and replaced my water heater. In less than a week the work was finished.

  I had the pleasure recently of using R&J Plumbing for some immediate needs that I was having issues finding someone who could act right away. When I called, I was surprised to find the owner fielding the phone call. Giselle was very friendly and reacted to my issue with swift action. Her technician arrived and performed the job required. I received a follow up call shortly after the service, yet again, from the owner ensuring my needs were met and to let me know they are here when we need them. Highly recommend.

  Great company, would recommend to anyone. Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Quick fix to our issue and provided insight on what they were doing and why. Would gladly call again if needed.
