  We paid Kielty around $1000 to hook up our dishwasher, faucet, sink, and garbage disposal in conjunction with a remodeling project. When the plumber arrived, I asked him how he was doing, and he said he was hungover. After he declared the job finished and left, the water just gushed into our brand new cabinets. They came back. After the second trip, water leaked from the faucet, water still leaked from the dishwasher port, and the garbage disposal did not work. After the third trip, the garbage disposal worked, and there was only a small leak, from the drain. I called Kielty and was transferred to their service department. They never returned my call. I don't want to see them again, anyway.

  Jack, the plumber RJ Kielty sent was great.He was very knowledgeable and respectful and offered great customer service. Having a lot of plumbing work done can be overwhelming and stressful but both Jack and Jesse, the manager, went above and beyond making my experience a memorable one. They set my mind at ease with their level of knowledge, calming demeanor and can-do attitude. Now my plumbing problems are history.

  Just moved into our home and our water heater continues to trip tonight. Called the after hours to see if I could get someone out here first thing in the morning, only to have a lady answer that was nothing but rude. She scolded the whole time as if I was inconveniencing her evening, sighed heavy, and implied 'shouldn't you be calling electric'. Was VERY rude to the point where I just hung up 10 minutes ago and felt this compelled to write a review. And the kicker, I WASNT EVEN MAD. I just wanted help. I was honestly shocked at her composure, someone should really look into this. I will not be recommending any after hour calls to anyone if they can help it.
