  Our office needed a new HVAC unit within the last month (and June has been HOT). We had no A/C and with the help of all the staff at R. & J. Ertel, we had a new unit within 2 weeks from the first phone call. Everyone we dealt with from the service manager, estimator, installers were pleasant, helpful and fast acting to get us A/C :-) They did a great job and did not cut corners; got it done professionally and timely.

  I used this company for the first time to have our oil hot water boiler serviced. Everyone that I dealt with was very professional and kind. The service department was accommodating when setting up the appointment and the technical who came to my house was very knowlegeable, respectful, and professional. I will be using this company for all of my heating and cooling needs.
