  REO was scheduled through American Home Shield for Friday, January 4, 2019 to come to my home for a sub pump failure between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. My husband took off for this repair appointment. I received no phone call and the company was no show. I called in the afternoon REO and spoke to a very nice person who identified herself as the wife of the owner and she had just started working in the office. She said she was sorry for the missed appointment and had rescheduled the repair for Wednesday. I asked if the repair could be moved to Friday, January 11, 2019, I was told yes, and she told me the plumber would arrive on 1/11/2019 between 9:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. I will update this review and give the out come of our experience with this company. I purchased a cast iron sub pump to facilitate the repair process. American Home Shield would purchase that sub pump. It was our choice to purchase our own sub pump to conclude the repair. Look for an update on Star(s) and review of our experience with this company. I have American Home Shield the plumber is to obtain approval for repair prior to preforming work. The Plumer failed to do this. I received a bill for over $200 for the repair. I have another home that has a leaking pipe I filed a claim with American Home Shield on January 18, 2019. REO plumbing out of Dalton, has not shown up for 3 scheduled appointments. I am know talking to American Home Shield to see what I can do about the failure to seek prior approval on a sub pump for one home and request another plumber for the second home. REO Plumbing is a terrible company and I highly recommend that you do not use this company. I have called REO Plumbing several times and left messages they do not answer their phone and they do not call back. Horrible Company! No Star given.

  Called them out for some repairs and to install tankless heater, paid them $3000. They used crimp connectors on copper when we discussed soldering, oh well. Tankless heater was never set up right. Called them back out for another repair and to get tankless heater fixed. Paid them $600 for this days worth of work and they did not even get to the problem, said they need a general contractor to tear up floor. Tankless heater was worked on but still not working properly. They were supposed to get back with me and never did, I reached back out to Amanda and she said they would be on it but again never heard back. I had surgery so put this off. Called them after I recovered and Amanda apologized and rescheduled for the following Friday. I reached out Thursday morning to see if we were still good for Friday and she confirmed. No call and no show on Friday, and never heard back. Finally got another plumber out, turns out tankless heater was installed wrong. Nice people but unfortunately cannot recommend them.

  Bad Bad Bad! They tried to scam my parents! I would never use these people and need to be shut down! First they said it needed a thermostat @140 and second time a couple days later they said it needed two heating elements @160 and then called them back because that didnt fix it either and they said my parents needed to buya new water heater all tovether and they couldn't come out until approximately a week later. Called someome else who checked it with a voltage meter which showed two broken wires and he fixed it for $30! And my mom told Amanda @reo not to run her credit card and she did anyway! Shame on you REO! If you have been charged wrongly from these people please call you bank and dispute the charges!!
