  I have to say my experience with Nick was pleasant, however, the billing side of things is separate - and we had issues on that end. They were not upfront with costs, so if you’re looking for that, make sure you ask what you’ll be charged before they step through your door. We had a leak we wanted checked out. Couldn’t find the cause or source so they caulked both tubs and the separate shower stall. Within two weeks the caulking on the shower was coming up and will now have to be redone by my husband, even though we paid them for that. When I called to talk to the owner, he never took ownership that the caulking should not come up after two weeks- kept repeating that it was a temporary fix from the beginning and it was only to see if that fixed the issue because if it did, it would mean we needed to replace the drain. BUT if that was actually true, then they wouldn’t have caulked every tub and shower… as we would still have no idea which one actually was the source since all were caulked. They also charged me for a toilet handle that was broken by their plumber and replaced- I had to call in to have it removed from the bill, and yet the owner proceeded to tell me instead of removing the $11.50 charge (for replacing a handle they broke) that he would have them come back out to put just a plastic one back on since the one they put on was metal and more expensive. The cost of sending his plumber back out would make the handle even more expensive than his loss- so, I said I would pay for it, it was just $11.50 but to me it was the principle. At that time he finally said he would remove the charge. We were nickel and dimed, nonetheless for a job we still have to touch up and fix ourselves. I would recommend finding another upfront plumber who values their clientele. We were extremely disappointed.

  Was referred to this company by electrician. I called 4 times on different days. Have yet to hear from them. Calling another plumber. I would not recommend.

  Great customer service! Fast response and quality work. Very reasonable prices!!! We had a serious drain backup in the kitchen and had to replace all the lines to the main drain. Mike responded quickly and the bill was as lower than we expected! Great service and very fair price! I highly recommend Costa Plumbing!
