  Let me start off by saying that I never did get them to come out, the initial phone conversation was a major put off and inspired me to look elsewhere. It is challenging to find a plumber to do repair work, even less to find one to come to Cooper. I called RC George and spoke with the Mrs. and had a delightful conversation detailing my issue with the kids flushing the toilet paper roll holder spindle. She called back later when the plumber was back in the shop. I can only guess he is wealthy and can pick and choose the jobs he wants since he was pretty quick to shoot me down! He told me to buy a new toilet and call him when I get it and he will help me replace it!! Yeah, that's not how this is supposed to work. I was polite enough and told him thank you and I could almost hear the Mrs in the back apologizing to me. Regardless, I heard he was a pretty good plumber, but I would never know!

  My husband called searching for a job and before he could even finish his sentence the old man that answered hung up on him. I can definitely see why they have only 1 star. Would give them 0 if possible
