  I would give them a negative 3 stars if I could. Took the work order from my home warranty company showed up 5 days later. Took my money for the service call. Never got back to the warranty company to get approval to fix the furnace. Never retured my calls. They did cash my check though. 12 days later in the middle of winter I get to start this process all over again.

  I'd give zero stars for this company if I was able. Boiler was on the fritz. Home warranty company sent them over. He came over and diagnosed the issue, told me about how much it would cost and he thought it would all be covered by the warranty. Gave him the service check and thought I'd hear from him in a couple days. It's been over a month and the home warranty company has not received his service request and cannot get a hold of him. I've tried calling, emailing, and even filled out the contact us form on the company website...nothing, no response. The check was cashed right away though. If you have a home warranty and they try and send this company to you, do not let them. Have them send someone else and save yourself the headache.
