    Update: We had a local reputable company come out to quote us on fixing the errors made by R&S during install. Turns out the install they did is not even up to code, there is no drip pan, and the board on the new furnace was broken when they installed. So it will cost us $3,000 out of pocket to make the repairs unless we can get the home warranty company to go with another service provider since they aren't answering our calls. We received great initial service from this company through our home warranty. We were initially thrilled with the install. However, the furnace fan runs constantly after they installed it, even when the thermostat is set to "off" and they said they would return to fix it. It has been over a month now and they stopped answering or returning our calls. Had to call another company and pay to have it fixed. Disappointed with lack of responsiveness or communication after the install.

    Do not use this company, they make appointments and don't show up. No phone call or anything. Then when you call them they make up an excuse why they didn't come out. My daughter has been waiting 3 weeks on them. Filed claim thru home warranty they sent them out the following week. They where supposed to be there between 11-3 showed up at 5, just to say oh well we have nothing with us to fix it and our shop is in Corbin (She lives in Lex). Scheduled to come back the next Tuesday they don't show so we call they said warranty wasn't approved( talked to home warranty lie). Warranty company called them rescheduled for this past Thursday, again they didn't show. So she called several times no one answered so I called from my phone instead they picked up first ring. She tried telling me they tried calling no one answered I asked her what number she called tech and they told her no we didn't call we where busy on another job and didn't get to her. Needless to say she wanted to reschedule again for the following Wednesday we cancelled and are waiting to get assigned to different provider.

    Do not use! Using this business would be the same if you didn’t use it at all. I have been without AC going on a month now. The first time they came out they told me it was a breaker that they would be back before the weekend. Friday comes I called back asking about the status. Kelly who answered the phone tried scheduling me for the following Tuesday. I told her that’s not what the guys said. She looked into further details and made the comment they could buy those parts locally. (So I am not sure why they couldn’t do that the same day they came out) anyways they came back the following Tuesday and replaced the breaker. It wasn’t the problem. They came back to say there was a screw in the door that wasn’t supposed to be there and it caused a short. Ok, so it has worked perfectly fine for a year and these guys are the only ones that have been in the attic since I bought the house. They claimed it wasn’t them, but they didn’t mention last visit. So I was told we will be back Friday, Tuesday at the latest. I have called several times this week and I am not even getting anyone to answer the phone. Don’t waste your time with this business.
