  The gentleman who came to fix a dripping tub faucet was amazing. Very kind and friendly. He explained everything that needed to be done before he did it and when completed shared maintenance tips, which I found very helpful. He was so patient with my curious dogs and gave solutions for my slow draining sink upstairs. I tried it when he left and worked like a charm. I highly recommend!!! Thank you so much. Lauren A.

  My furnace quit working this morning and I called my Home Warranty company. They gave my call to Quigley-Smart. Cody called me back, he was here in 20 min and was great. Luckily, it was just a sensor. Fixed the problem, vacuumed the vent, and I was very pleased. More than satisfied!

  Two visits to diagnose and repair a relatively simple fan timer board issue that was correctly diagnosed by another service firm over the phone, and repaired by that firm in a single 20 minute visit. Quigley Smart was definitely much more interested in trying sell us a new furnace than offering options to fix the completely repairable issue on our existing Lennox unit. Called to complain and was assured I'd receive a callback from Mgmt that never came. Do your own research on other Lennox "Premier" service sources in Rock County before hiring Quigley Smart.
