  Very poor service and customer support. Very frustrating experience, I will not recommend it to any one, who is setting up plumbing system in your house.

  Called on Wednesday and left a message for service work as the new disposal has stopped working and the sink will no longer drain. Called again and left another message on Thursday with the same request. Called Friday AM and was told they showed no messages left from the previous call, they are busy today and it will be Monday before they can get someone out. While they did a good job in the building phase, follow-up to service issues has been very disappointing so far.
