Brian/Bryan (?) came to our home to fix drainage issue that a contractor had incorrectly installed. He explained the problem, his plan to correct it and got it done in a short amount of time. He was professional, courteous and prompt in getting the job done. We liked the fact that he introduced himself. He is an excellent representative for Quality Plumbing. We recommend Quality Plumbing and would request Brian/Bryan to return for any additional work.

First time using them. Servicemen were very nice and professional, but it took 3 calls to fix & replace a sump pump costing in total $1500. The first one they replaced went bad because the tank wasn't sealed correctly so they had to order a whole new system. We have 7 properties and it seems they didn't do the correct fix in the first place and passed the mistake on to me versus assuming responsibility on their end. Call into supervisor has not been returned in 3 days- paying final bill, moving on and never using them again.

Company came and cleared a kitchen sink blockage and 2 weeks later the sink is blocked again with only water going down the drain. The drain was not fully cleared the first time but quality plumbing only gives a 72 hour warranty on their shoddy work and wants to charge another full fee to come back 2 weeks later to address the same drain. Go with a company like Roto Rooter that gives a 6 month warranty on drain work. Also, Quality Plumbing never showed up during the 2 hour window on the first day and when I called they said “we don’t know what happened” and I had to wait another day for someone to show up. Not dependable.
