  I called Quincy to perform several services in my bathroom and kitchen. In addition to the services listed above, he also installed a new refrigerator water line w/shut off valve, new piping in my bathroom and replaced the hardware in my shower. He was absolutely efficient, quick and performed each task with ease! His work is extremely neat and works like a charm! His services exceeded my expectations and I will be calling him in the very near future for additional work! His prices for his five star work is very affordable and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable plumber! Thank you Quincy for a job well done!

  We recently contact Quincy to come and install our battery back up sump pump. The appointment was at 6:30 PM. I texted him him prior to the appointment asking when can we expect him. He said he will text me, but neither did he do that, nor show up. There was no call back, no apology, nothing. He just went incommunicado. He is very unprofessional and you should not rely on him in an emergency. We had used him earlier for our toilet repair and he was very professional and fair priced then. I am not sure what happened in this most recent case. I was “chasing” him for more than 2 weeks and even purchased everything he asked for, and then he just did not show up

  I agree with Hemant's review. Quincy used to be very responsive but now doesn't return phone calls. I called him yesterday in the morning but have yet to get a call back. I ended up going with someone else. This isn't the first time either. I hope he's ok, because I really appreciated his work.
