  Please, prior to having Q's plumbing do any work, make sure you do not make the same mistake I did and get a written quote first. I had 2 small gas leaks on 2 fittings to my heating system. I called around and received 2 quotes. One was $1800 (run all new piping) and the other was no more than $800. The job was not difficult at all to do so i could not understand where the money is coming from. Literally use some existing pipe, replace a few fittings, and test for leaks. In all, maybe 2 hours worth of work. Q's showed up looked at the job and said it wasn't an issue, they could knock it out. Now me knowing it would be an easy job, i figured it would not be over $800. Q's took the measurements, left to get the fittings, and returned to complete the job. The plumbers were professional and did good work i give them that. BUT, after completing the job i was told the bill was $1200. I paid naturally as the work was completed. If I requested a written quote and saw the job was going to be that much i would have gone elsewhere as my whole system is getting replaced. This job was for 6 black pipe fittings, 5 sections of black pipe nipples, and the use of existing pipe/fittings. Add on the labor and leak test it all came to $1200. Im am sorry but i disagree with the cost, i don't see it. So again ,please get the quote in writing prior to work being done.

  I moved out of the area and unfortunately couldn't bring Marc and his team with me! I recently needed some repair work done on my furnace in my new location and realized how accustom I was to having a company I could trust right around the corner. I even called Marc to discuss a few quotes I had received and he helped me make the best educated decision even though he was a few states away. I cant recommend them enough: honest, reliable and down to earth

  Qs could be good if they ever return calls. Still waiting for a return call. Pretty bad customer service! I am surprised they are still in business. The answering service they use seems nice.

  Sir, I believe you have the wrong company, or My answering service did not send a message. In either event ,I have no record of a call from you and neither does my service. That also means that I have no way of responding to you other than here on Google. I'll ask you to respectfully remove this awful review. I personally answer all calls and messages myself. If your name is Schlomo Klein, I did call you back, and no one answered, nor did they return my call.
