  We shop in pyramid. They have great service and a knowledgeable staff! The staff leader is Stryker and he is by far the most knowledgeable plumbing supply manager I have met in all my years. We are a third generation plumbing company so that says alot!

  i bought 2 of the same product, wasn't too happy with them. went back to the store started to talk the salespeople very nice people they really tried to help me but nothing worked. i went back. here comes into the picture a guy, a most knowledgeable person i ever met. a man with heart of gold, SRYKER is his name. he tells me, "my heart doesn't let me rest till i know that you're happy." he lays out a few ideas and guess what! he gave me 2 new different items to replace the old ones. best of all. it works! Pyramid is the place to shop!
