  Hands down, the absolute BEST professional home service I have ever received! Mr. Crane and his team went above and beyond to make sure my family was safe and cared for in the midst of a water damage and lots of mold disaster. They helped me find a company to rebuild after finishing their services and graciously worked with my less than professional insurance company in receiving payment for their amazing services. Mr. Crane made it evident that the customer comes first and they receive care just like a family member should! Thank you PuroClean!

  A family member of mine was in a difficult financial situation, thus causing stress and emotional insecurity. Her state of mind had caused her living conditions to be unsanitary; with human and animal waste, rotten, decayed food being left in a hoarding environment. I reached out to PuroClean Restoration Professionals for help. They came out immediately to the home and assessed the situation for no charge. They very quickly worked up an estimate. The price was appropriate for the amount of work that had to be done in the kitchen and bathroom areas. We scheduled the job immediately. It took 5 hours for waste removal, a deep cleaning and sanitizing of walls, floors, ceilings, cabinets, sinks, tub, toilet and appliances. When we returned to this home it brought tears to my eyes. It was like brand new in each area! I was thrilled! I would highly recommend PuroClean Restoration Professionals. Their team is professional, hard working, and never judges the resident. They are kind and take pride in being able to help people in any difficult situation.

  We experienced water damage and mold on our kitchen bay subfloor area and associated floor joists. We contacted PuroClean Restoration Professionals to seek help with this unfortunate problem. Steve Crane and his PuroClean team were quick to respond. They came in and assessed our situation. They quickly started their search for the water source and dehumidifying process. They coordinated the efforts of their service with our homeowners insurance company and other contractors to return our home to a state of normalcy. This type problem is disruptive and stressful for any homeowner. They helped us and worked with us. We appreciate all they did for us. We recommend PuroClean to those in need of this type service.
