  I had a water line break and had standing water in the lower level of my home. I called Puroclean after business hours and they were here within an hour and a half. Bill & Romero were amazing to work with! They are very professional & got to work right away tearing up the saturated flooring and drying everything out. As a new home owner, I had never been through anything like this and obviously had lots of questions; Bill took the time to explain everything to me and walk me through the process step by step. I cannot say enough about this company and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of services whether it be with fire, water or mold. They definitely made this process a little less stressful and I whole heartedly appreciate that!

  I have had several issues occurring in different properties (mold and air quality) that required the expertise of Puroclean to clean up. They were extremely professional and timely in their response to the resolving the problem. I would strongly recommend them for any type of clean up work as I found them to be extremely proficient, professional, and reasonably priced.

  I had a house fire. My insurance co. Sent them. They were unprofessional. Money and prescriptions drugs went missing. I complained I was brushed off. I had all my tools taken from my locked house and put in my unlocked basement instead of putting them in storage as promised. Then all of a sudden the tools were gone. Stolen. I ask for pictures of the tools he put in the basement he told the police he had. The pictures were all of a sudden missing too. I was lied to. Many new items that should have been saved were thrown away. I wouldn't trust these guys i I am still waiting g for pictures that were never sent. They started the job. After the initial job they quit working. Promised they were working but nothing was finished. I finally had to threaten them to get my stuff back. Since they never put them in storage the took them to the shop. 4 weeks later I got the stufffback inpeices. None of my furniture was clean. The clothing was in a bag still smoke damaged. It was a nightmare.
