  Melissa and Todd were great to work with. No matter the day or no matter what time. They were available to answer questions or concerns. Melissa and Todd went above and beyond to make sure our experience was pleasant. Great company and a great team. Very compassionate, this area needs more companies like this one!!! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!!!

  Amber and her team were wonderful to work with. We received a phone call from Melissa the night before to schedule the initial consult and Amber arrived promptly the very next morning. She went above and beyond to make sure that each service (fabric restoration contractors and electrical cleaning) provided was executed 110%. The girls just left my home today and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Everyone was so knowledgeable and I am beyond thankful to have had them rescue my home from soot! As an added bonus, they feel like friends whom I have known for years and I only just met them a week ago!

  I recently had sewer back up into my basement during the flood. I called Puro Clean and they were there immediately. They had everything that needed to be ripped out and thrown away gone in 2 days. I was kept in the loop every step of the project and they even had someone come out on a Sunday to check the moisture levels. They were very clean and never left a mess at my house. The quality of their work was excellent, but it does not compare to their customer service which is second to none in my opinion. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone in need of their services.
